Wear it proudly.I'm sure he wouldn't have sent that to you if he hadn't thought that you earned and deserve it and he'll certainly get no arguement from me.

Don't believe they make any finner men than John.
Now if we can only teach him how to spell big words like "Lt.'s" and use a calendar...

Yep been through a few firefights with you guys and girls but wouldn't be here without Sis. I missed the 3/5 Cav. reunion last year cause Sid tripped me into that fire so Bobby who was in my platoon in Viet Nam sent me that shirt from the reunion and I had it fixed for Sis. I am going to the next reunion in 05 at the Wall , and pushing Tiny up to it. He wants do do some rubbings. I am blessed. Today is my Grandbaby's 7th month birthday - gonna bring him some raw oysters from the Out house Saloon tonight !!

John, Im Confused (which is not unusual) I thought you were saving a doe when you did the fire roll.....Now you're blaming it on Sid. I'll bet everyone would like to hear exactly what happened. Including your B.A.C.

Oh yea , saving a Doe. ( I usually save that one for women , but I can use it here I guess ) Yea that's it saving a little baby doe that was seperated from it's Mother and would have died for sure had I not risked my life to reunite them. Mountain version starts off " We had been drinking........... "
