Lady Blue and I stopped for lunch in a tiny village in easternish Pennsylvania yesterday, on our way home from pup #1's 37th birthday occasion in NYC.

The community cemetery on the road into town (Du Bois), has festoooned all Veteran's graves with an American flag apiece. It was quite a sight.

BTW, Arrow... Lady Blue is a Tulsa girl (Central High, 1965), so we know Coweta and Broken Arrow quite well. My grandmother lived in Tallequah a good many years.

Blue...

I wasn't born in Oklahoma but I got here as soon as I could.

Born in CA, raised in Iowa, lived on both coast as an adult, with a little side trip to South America but thirty years of livin' in Oklahoma is long enough for me to say I'm proud to be an Okie.

Tahlequah is one of my favorite places to go although I haven't been down there for several years. Pretty country.
