Chief Warrant Officer 5 from 12th CAB Retires after four decades of service

The 12th Combat Aviation Brigade held a retirement ceremony for Chief Warrant Officer 5 Mike Sherman on Katterbach Army Airfield, Jun. 14, 2017, at the Von Steuben building near Ansbach, Germany. Sherman's career spanned 41 years in the Army and his time includes five combat deployments, four years as an enlisted 11E Armor Crewman, two years as a UH-1h Huey pilot, and 35 years as a CH-47 Chinook pilot.
