Subject: Fw: ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT BOYCOTT MAY 1ST......

On May 1st, a week from next Monday, illegal immigrants are going to boycott our country's economy - partially by not shopping. Please showthat ordinary Americans do not want amnesty for these illegals by saving up your shopping needs for that day. Buy gas on May 1st; buy your groceries; go to the malls. This is one way to offset the marches and protests that will hit the news that night.

Please pass this on to everyone you know. Middle class American citizens are the backbone of this country; we do not need our jobs, our prisons, our hospitals and our schools filled with illegals who use fake social security cards and flood our country with requests for welfare, medical care, free education, etceteras. Our jobs in construction, food services, hotel services, etc., are being taken by these workers who flood our market and falsely change supply and demand in America by working for
sub-standard wages.

We must unite! SHOP ON MAY 1ST!!! BE PATRIOTIC!!

Please pass this on to 10 people. If you do so, millions of Americans will receive this message.

Thank you!

Post I am shocked at the bold arrogance!

Everyone should recognize the arrogance of these illegals. What they are saying is:
We run your country. We can do whatever we want. You folks can't do anything about it.
We must stand up to this brazen arrogance or be defeated.

Keith.

Political, Political, Political, Political, Political,

Cesar Chavez next in line for street name change
By ERIN SNELGROVE
YAKIMA HERALD-REPUBLIC

Earl Lee of Yakima believes streets shouldn't be named after trees or letters of the alphabet.

Instead, they should be named after people who advocated for civil rights and a better world ? like Cesar Chavez.

"Cesar Chavez is somebody we can be proud of," Lee said. "This is a guy who is in history books. This is a guy who came to Yakima."

At Tuesday's Yakima City Council meeting, Lee will propose A Street to be renamed after Chavez, a man who fought for farm-workers' rights up until his death in 1993.

Chavez also led marches from Granger to Yakima in 1986, which drew attention to the financial plight and poor working conditions of local farm workers.

Lee said having a street named after Chavez will serve as an inspiration for the community.

"With the gang situation as it is, you need somebody who exemplifies hard work and dedication," he said. "Cesar Chavez did all that. He didn't give up. He worked hard and achieved."

According to city officials, Lee has paid the $500 fee to start the renaming process. If the City Council approves the proposal on Tuesday, a public meeting will be scheduled. The council will then take action one way or another.

Lee is not a stranger to politics. He ran for a position on the Yakima City Council last year. Of the five people who ran for the job in the September primary, Lee came in last. Micah Cawley was elected to that position in the November elections.

Doug Maples, the city's planning and code administration manager, said the cost of changing the street signs would be between $3,500 and $4,500. That does not include the costs the U.S. Postal Service and businesses along the street would incur if the name change is approved.

In March, the City Council approved the renaming of B Street to Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to honor the civil rights leader. The name change takes effect June 1.

Erin Snelgrove can be reached at 577-7684 or esnelgrove@yakima
herald.com.

The name "Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard" was given to a "street" in Yakima years ago. This current name change was to appease those who said that it was not fair that is was on the wrong side of the tracks, literally. The "avenues" are on the other side of the tracks.

Earl Lee is my age and has one white & one black parent. He never gets elected because he is too well known. Maybe he thinks that appealing to the local Hispanic community that does not know him will help him win one for a change.

Joy

Quote from Juan Jose Guiterrez of Latino Movement USA speaking onC-Spanlaying out his plans for what the movement has in store after Amnesty

"We have a great struggle to redefine this country"

One need not be a rocket scientist to understand that Mr. Guiterrez and those in the radical Latino Movements in this countryare hell bent for leather to promote the Marxist world view of their hero Che Guevara.A picture is worth a thousand words to those of us that have taken note of "Che" banners waved side by side with the Mexicanflag.

He also stated that if Amnesty was not granted to those illegals that were already in the country that there would be a civil war. This is the second time I've heard a call for civil war if there was a failure on the part of the US Government to grant amnesty to the illegals in this country. The first was from a person (unknown to me) leading one of the many demonstrations that took place around the country.

Mr. Guiterrez likens those that disagree with Amnesty to the Ku Klux Klan. When a caller stated that he nor his children could find jobs in the construction trade because of the influx of illegals into their region Mr. Guiterrezthe same as said the man was lying.Tell that to the seventy locals (predominantly black) that were working construction after Katrina in Alabama but were shut out of their jobs in just two weeks when the illegals showed up.

Quote:
From the Washington Times -by Jerry Seper-April 10, 2006

An Alabama employment agency that sent 70 laborers and construction workers to job sites in that state in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina says the men were sent home after just two weeks on the job by employers who told them "the Mexicans had arrived" and were willing to work for less.

Linda Swope, who operates Complete Employment Services Inc. in Mobile, Ala., told The Washington Times last week that the workers -- whom she described as U.S. citizens, residents of Alabama and predominantly black -- had been "urgently requested" by contractors hired to rebuild and clear devastated areas of the state, but were told to leave three job sites when the foreign workers showed up.

"After Katrina, our company had 70 workers on the job the first day, but the companies decided they didn't need them anymore because the Mexicans had arrived," Mrs. Swope said. "I assure you it is not true that Americans don't want to work.

"We had been told that 270 jobs might be available, and we could have filled every one of them with men from this area, most of whom lost their jobs because of the hurricane," she said. "When we told the guys they would not be needed, they actually cried ... and we cried with them. This is a shame."

Mrs. Swope said employment agencies throughout Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi faced similar problems, when thousands of men from Mexico and several Central and South American countries -- many in crowded buses and trucks -- came into the three states after Katrina, looking for employment and willing to work for less money.
The number of foreign workers who flooded the area after the hurricane has been estimated at more than 30,000. Many of them have been identified by law-enforcement authorities and others as illegal aliens.

The Gulf Coast Latin American Association noted in a report that whether those workers will remain after the cleanup work is completed is not clear, but the longer those jobs last, the more likely it is that the workers will settle permanently. After Hurricane Andrew hit southeastern Florida in 1992, the association said, the construction boom attracted large numbers of Hispanic immigrants to several areas, including Homestead, Fla., where the Latino population doubled during the 1990s.

Many of the illegal aliens came into the Gulf Coast states not only from south of the border but also from California, Arizona and Texas, responding to the demand for workers. U.S. Border Patrol officials in the three states have reported an increase in the number of illegals apprehended.

Some of the migrants who did get jobs in the Gulf states also were mistreated, records show. Two class-action lawsuits are pending in federal court in New Orleans in which thousands of migrant workers said they never were paid, although many worked 12-hour shifts, seven days a week and were required to remove toxic contamination from hurricane-ravaged buildings.

Some of the named companies were working on contracts from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other government agencies.

Government estimates put at 400,000 the number of jobs lost in the Gulf region as a result of Katrina, which displaced more than 1.5 million people, and many of those workers left the area to seek employment elsewhere because available construction, laborer and cleanup jobs in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi had been filled by foreign workers, including illegal aliens.

"The men we sent to jobs in Alabama were local fellows looking for work, men who needed jobs," Mrs. Swope said. "After driving 50 miles to the work sites where they had been promised $10 an hour, they discovered the employers had found substitutes who were willing to work for less."
Once again we have the most vulnerable, (thepoor that desire to work and make a living wage) be they native born Americans orillegal and legal immigrantsmanipulated by those that are greedy for power and gain. I don't see those just named as the villainsbut the politianson both sides of the border (and the isle)that allowed this situation to get out of control along with the employers, both large and small business, that refuse to invest in the life of their employees by paying them a living wage.

We allknow thatwhen the pot boils over the guilty will be protected and the most vulnerablewill bepitted against each other with the innocent caught in the crossfire. And so it goes.

Default Chavez

Here in Sacramento CA, there is a Ceaser Chavez Park, it is a nice area, there are concerts there, and during the week an open market. Chavez was a good man and his intenetions were good. But I still think illegall aliens need to be deported or proscuted for violating our immagration laws. I will be doing my shopping tommorrow, and also getting gas for my Blazer.

I have heard this talk of civil war but figured it was just more intimidating hype coming down, etc. But haven?t heard the threat put in context of, ?give us amnesty or go to war?. That is a whole different kettle of porridge and serious talk. Guitierrez and his band of Latinos Reds would be very wise to be careful about what they ask for in these troubled times where we have to judge each others intentions. If Guiterrez is promoting and pushing the concept of innocent victims, he?ll likely get more than he can count.

And suffice it to say, the vile butcher Ernesto ?Che? Guevara didn?t give anybody anything beyond a pistol shot to the head, or whilst doing his bloody revolutionary stint in the Congo, had his minions chop people up with machetes.
Those who fly Che?s banner are either very ill-informed or manipulated or have intentions that are very vile in nature, no middle ground there.
It would make as much sense to have the image of communist serial killer, ?Evilinko? in a beret on the banner. In the Kiev, Ukraine, area he raped, killed and ate sixty five children, but a solid Party bubba and member in good standing, eh. The book, ?Communist Cannibal? tells the tale. But Evilinko was no match for Che in terms of body count, not even in the same order of magnitude.

And agreed Sis, always, always the politico perps jump slick and the rest of us pay the price for their manipulative, greedy BS.

Scamp,it's my sincere belief that the majority ofthose on the street waving the Che banners are very ill informed and/or manipulated and have no realidea of the agenda behind theagenda with 99.9% of thehigh school students just there for the party. Now those reponsible for organizing the party? Theyhave me very very worried andprayingthat calmer and wiser spirits within the Latino community will prevail.

THE WASHINGTON TIMES
April 11, 2006

One of the key organizers of the immigration protests and rallies nationwide, including yesterday's in Washington, is a group whose leaders are tied to the Workers World Party, a Marxist organization that has expressed support for dictators Kim Jong-il of North Korea and Saddam Hussein of Iraq.

Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER) Coalition, which also has proposed a nationwide boycott on May 1 to protest congressional efforts at immigration reform and border security, is an offshoot of the International Action Coalition, an anti-capitalism group founded by former Attorney General Ramsey Clark.

In a press release celebrating a March 25 rally in Los Angeles against immigration-law enforcement that drew an estimated 500,000 people, ANSWER said it helped organize "a major contingent in the march" and provided logistical support. The march was co-chaired by Juan Jose Gutierrez, director of Latino Movement USA, who also is a member of ANSWER's Los Angeles steering committee.

"We are people of dignity, and we demand respect," Mr. Gutierrez said at the rally. "This is the beginning of a movement that is going to call for a national work stoppage."

Another ANSWER member who spoke at the rally, Gloria La Riva said: "The racist politicians thought they could step on us with their racist legislation, but they have awakened the immigrant giant, and they will feel our strength when we stop work."

Founded three days after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States, the organization describes itself as a "coalition of hundreds of organizations and prominent individuals and scores of organizing centers in cities and towns across the country" that have campaigned against "U.S. intervention in Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Asia ... and for civil rights and for social and economic justice for working and poor people inside the United States."

ANSWER also organized the first national anti-war rally after the September 11 attacks, a demonstration that brought 25,000 people to Washington and 15,000 to San Francisco on Sept. 29, 2001.

The Workers World Party, a communist organization in the United States founded in 1959, describes itself as a party that has, since its founding, "supported the struggles of all oppressed peoples" and opposes "all forms of racism and religious bigotry." In addition to sponsoring or directing numerous popular-front groups, it was instrumental in founding ANSWER through the International Action Coalition.

Its March 25 rally in Los Angeles and its planned "Great American Boycott of 2006" on May 1 are part of a series of large-scale events that the coalition hopes will sway lawmakers to put millions of illegal aliens in the United States on track toward permanent residency and U.S. citizenship.

ANSWER has denounced attempts by Congress to secure the United States' borders and criminalize illegal aliens as "racist," saying all working people should back full amnesty for all of the estimated 10 million to 12 million illegal aliens now in the United States. It has accused the media, government and corporations of "erecting borders against humans and waging war on immigrant America."

Calling its proposed boycott a "day without an immigrant," the coalition has labeled members of Congress -- both Republicans and Democrats -- as "hatemongers," saying it will "settle for nothing less than full amnesty and dignity for the millions of undocumented workers presently in the United States."

The street rallies and the proposed boycott are seen as critical in keeping what ANSWER has described as "pressure" on Congress so it will not be allowed to "decide how much equality or how much inequality, or how much repression, should be meted out to the millions of hardworking immigrant families."

"Immigrant workers, including the undocumented workers, are the sisters and brothers and allies of all those struggling for justice," the organization said.

The boycott, according to the coalition, means no work, no school, no shopping, buying or business as usual.

I personally think the wetbacks should strike today, so we can identify them more easily and then deport them. If Mexico is unwilling to accept them back, as they probably will, just dump them at the border after first deploying adequate manpower/firepower to deter........ er ........... stop all further illegal immigration. If I hear a person singing our beloved national anthem in anything but English, they will receive a personal message from me, and they will understand it, irrespective of what language they do speak.

Screw them all - fire all the wetbacks, boycott any Mexican businesses, and shop 'til you drop!
