Gulf War Vet's a Must see; Acrobat Reader needed;

I keep hearing plink clunk, clunk plink on my computer as if someone is monitoring my actions or taking notes of my travels across the Web. Does anyone else hear strange sounds on your computer and a 2 second lockdown?
