My grandpa is trying to get 100% disability. He is currently at 90%. Does anybody have any suggestions on where he should go to get help in getting the increase?

He is mad that he can't get 100% and his brother got 100% and he never served in a war or action.

Any help at all would be great.

Contact the closest Disabled American Veterans office and ask for help..Deadmanwalking
