Default Could Prenatal Vitamins be health hazardous?

Could Prenatal Vitamins be health hazardous?

Why do you have to have a prescription for them?

Why does the label say it can turn urine dark? (one sign of hemolytic anemia)

Does it have anything to do with HELLP syndrome of which part of it would be hemolytic anemia,
high liver counts, low platelets?

Govt says this is showing up in only population of new moms or soon to be new moms

I think they should go back to the study group & see if they have short term memory loss, too?
