 Go to bed on time, leave on time (preferably alwaysat the same time). Do not sit down in a forced position for long periods (like e.g. behind the computer).

Actually, I have been getting up to try to clean needles from the house. I work till my fingers turn blue, and I can't breathe. And then I come and torment you some more. What a life!
That answers the second statement. As for the first, are you trying to get me into bed?

....sometimes threads fly by so fast,... I don't always have the time to respond as fast as I would like to, so in catching up...
...It sounds to me like you've toughing it out, hope your feeling better.... ...the lady who just was staying at my house a few months ago sounds like your twin, she has congestive heart also, and has been in, and out of the hospital must be ten times in the last year, O2 24/7, and I know it must be so hard for both of you, she's doin ok, and back at work, but it only seems like an odd 30 go by, and she's in for the weekends for a recharge... ...If you make it east , I'll introduce you both, could be long lost sisters or something like that... ...keep pushin on..........REO SPEEDWAGON.....

Will make sure you know next time I head east, Seatjerker.
And Ken, i am having lunch now, at my usual time. A big tuna sandwich with lemon juice on it. Yummy, even though I'd rather have a bloody red steak. And an apple. Sorry, no milk. Can't stomach that blue milk, and soy milk is nasty all on it's own! now, here comes the interesting part. After that, it is nappy time. And there is only one way you will be able to make sure I'm behaving in that department!
