Booger lee I can't believe how much better I feel every day. Still no solid food but I sip liquids all the time. I feel strong but I also know to not over do it yet. Pain level is down to about 1/2 to 1 so I'm off pain meds. I'm to sexy for my old body. pictures to come at 3 month intervals first on see mu deer thats me jabba the hut.

Darn it guys, I went to the doctors yesterday for a post op check up. I drove 90 miles through snowy roads to federal way washington. only to find out the doctor called in that he won't drive in the snow. OK say's I. I did see the nutrionest and she said I have to slow down because I'm about a week ahead of where I should be in eating solid foods. She weighed me and I was down from my alll time high of 364 to a mere 336 for a loss of 28 lbs. Damn pants keep wanting to fall off. guess i'll have to staple them on. it is a good surgery for me because I do get to eat but I can't hold very much and my stomach really tells me when to stop. so its kind of a no brainer. Just the kind of life change I really needed. Also my diebetes is coming into control so thats a big plus. there is snow on the ground here and its warmed up to 21 degree's brake out the summer cloths.

When I was on my diet, my Doctor's office was only 3 blocks away.
Your doctor is a real whimp, typical Western WA attitude towards snow. What would happen if they lived in Newport, WA or Winthrop,WA like I did. Okay fellow, we are climbing Mt Si. Way to go! Keith

Keep up the good work! I, personally, don't blame your doctor. I wouldn't drive in that crap either!
