Tina, you made it through Thanksgiving. Be proud of yourself for that. It would be a bad thing if it wasn't depressing for you. You'll get stronger, but holidays are hard. We're always here.

When Spring comes you might feel better... Maybe you should go see a doc if you get to depressed... I hear laughter coming from somewhere..(about the only time I go is through an emergency room door) but I am so proud to tell you that after two trips to the emergency room in one weekend. I decided I needed to see a doc... got a script for blood pressure meds.. and think I avoided a stroke.. sooo little girl if this gets too bad you might want to follow my lead.... don't be as stuborn as I am... people get mad at you when you won't go to the doc... Mom and Dad and my little(big) brother are all watching me.. If I get to bad my dad will pick me up and make me go to the doctor..Thats a promise.. besides doctors appoment in a week so he will check me out.. I am very stuborn..very hard headed too =/ But I will not let it go to far.. Jane You are 100 percent right..
