Just wanted
to let everyone know. I am still hanging in there..
I am not getting on much at all right now.. I still have my days times and moments but I am doing a bit better If I don't get back on before I want you all to have a Great Thanksgiving.. Make sure you eat lots and over stuff yourself (lol)... Make it speacial you never know when it will be yours or someone elses last one.. But see I seem to know you all will be around for many more years to come.. So happy Thanksgiving.. And onces again, Thanks for being such Great friends Couldn't have done it without you all.. Grieving takes a while.....
But it is a natural process and does end usually. There is a balance between grieving and obsessing, diversion and denial. It is normal to feel depression at a time like this but if it goes too far antidepressants may be necessary. God Bless
