I also believe more schools should invite or seek out veterans to come in during the year to help teach are children about the major wars and battles the US has fought to give these kids the freedoms they take for granted. Here in Georgia the local Elementary School invites our SCV Camp to help through living history reenactments to help with the History of the War between the states. Most of us in the SCV here in Nahunta,GA are retired or prior service Veterans.
