The best, most pertinent and timely quote of the lot...IS YOURS.

Still,..."Hussein and Iraq still lying like hell and playing for time - Screw Him" is more than a little confusing to me, since this 2002 and I remember much the same being stated in 1991 or thereabouts.

So, and since much the same intel of who has what, plus the capability of delivering such wherever desired is quite similar to 1991's projections,...I must believe that we're in deep-shit, and don't even know it. After all, not being able to accomplish 2, 3, or 5 year projects (in secret to-boot) in 11 or12 years, pre-supposes that all Iraqi and Russian Scientists are morons. I can't believe that.

Also, and since tons of oil money goes more so to The Iraqi Military than anywhere else,...that point too isn't very reassuring.

Hope I'm wrong Old Buddy. After all, we are in the same boat so to speak.

In my opinion, Saddam has proved that he is not to be trusted under any circumstances. He's a liar and a coward. Believing that he will comply with ANY international or UN stipulations is sorta like expecting Col. Sanders to watch yer chickens while you take a vacation. You probably won't be too happy with the results.
