Tropical Storm Wilfred could form in Gulf; Hurricane Teddy remains a major Category 4

After Wilfred, the National Hurricane Center will designate any named storms using the Greek alphabet, like Tropical Storm Alpha, which only happened one previous time, in 2005. There was a total of 29 named storms that year and required the NHC to go six letters deep into the Greek alphabet.
