We Americans are a race apart from the rest of the world, just as each and every other nation on this planet is dramatically different in their customs, practices, quirks and thinking than we are! It is no more right for us to tell the world how to think and behave, than for them to attempt to tell us!

With that said, one has but to look at the entire world to come to the realization that brotherly love (live and let live), is a bunch of bull shit! If it isn?t some war over terrain or wealth, then it?s a pissing match to determine who has the biggest military muscle, or who can con the other out of his eye teeth! And when some despot crosses the line, it is aggression, when one pushes back borders - it?s ideology, when this ideology is religious or race based- it?s ethnic cleansing, and when it?s done for the sake of ?more, more, more?, it can be referred to as Manifest Destiny, Colonialism or even Breathing Room!

If on the other hand, any given nation is at peace with his bordering neighbors, there is a multitude of little internal wars raging in country! One guy likes the other?s goods - so he takes them (theft), another digs his neighbor?s status, job or possessions, so he bad mouths the dude, dreams up excuses to cause grief, or shuns him altogether! Hell, even many of the major world religions often practice this sad reflection, often utilizing bogus values

?But the biggest lie of all, is the lie itself?, as well as those who see it as a justifiable means to an end! Many (if not most) of these individuals, have convinced themselves that it?s just good business, it?s every dog for himself, or all?s fair in love, war and politics. ?And this is the most dangerous liar of them all, for many of these bull-shit artists even feel that they have the supreme-being him (or her) self fooled, or on their side!?

So what eventually happens to these devout deceptionists? Are they humanly ostracized? Are they treated like societal lepers, or do they (really) even give a shit? ?Many, unfortunately, opt for the latter!?

When a person is self-destructive in his own actions and deeds - that is one thing, as the graveyards and gutters are loaded with fools! Others (unfortunately) end up at these final destinations though no choice of their own, and in an attempt to counteract this tragedy, society has hastily erected certain (often flimsy) safety nets, or is that a politically incorrect assumption to espouse, considering the present administration? But lets face the facts (at least in my opinion) - most ?Liberals and a Conservatives Alike?, don?t operate all that far afield, except for the final recipient of the con-job and/or the goodie$!

Now that you are sufficiently aroused (one way or another), let?s finally get to what in the hell this ranting and raving is all about - ?OUR NATION?S VETERANS THATS WHAT!!? Try as some in power would like, three facts remain an axiom -

1 - When you have an armed service and wars, you have veterans.

2 - These veterans get old and in many cases sick and/or needy

3- Many Honorable Veterans get screwed over by the very same system that they helped to defend! And with all of this tugging and straining going on in two different directions at the same time, there is a rush on for fresh military manpower on one hand, and on the other, there is a political push afoot to (generally) ignore, cast aside, and bury (where-ever convenient), the warriors of conflicts past!

This is indeed a ?Poli-Critical Scenario? (derived from the words Political and Hypocrite). And just like that (so-called) irrevocable ?Social Security Benefits Program Of Years Past?, the ex-trooper too, is now being pinned between a rock and a hard place by the VA, DoD, and some in Government in general!

To infuriate matters even more, this battle is now being reinforced by lying huxters who (to meet enlistment quotas), promised enlistees the world for letting it all hang out while in uniform, and this was supposed to include life-time medical care for retirees! But I mean, what the hell right - ?These idle promises were all just a sales pitch and as hollow as an old-maid?s chamber-pot! As Scrooge (and now our politi-military system) says: ?Are there no poor farms, prisons, or death houses to accommodate these honorable men and women who have outlived their usefulness! ?Well Screw You Too!! If a man or woman of experience (senior citizen) isn?t worth anything to our system, the system itself (as it currently stands) ?AIN?T WORTH SHIT EITHER!? (opinion)

Bureaucrats can always find the fund$ to enact political pay raise$, support some (useless) foreign government that we may be at war with in a year or two, or feather the already affluently nests of campaign contributors! But when asked for a few meager bucks to ease the pain and suffering of our veterans who served, fought, bled and died to insure the future of this nation, this request is (more often than not) often out of the question?!

Our brave young warriors asked not ?Why?, but rather ?When and Where?? So in this bane, where in the hell is that system now in their time of need and suffering? ?Polishing up the old torpedo on a staff member perhaps, or figuring out new and ingenious ways to keep their good times rolling indefinitely, and at the cost of American blood and shattered families (as long as it ain?t theirs of course)!?

Most real Americans will not hesitate to fight for God, Country, Family, National Security and Survival! So what in the hell will some ?Political Poltroons? fight for (except for dead of the night pay-raises), or do they know?

Granted, many a politico too, served their time in hell, but being an American is a full time, never-ending job, and not just one abandoned or deserted as the whim, personal agenda, power base, or wealth take it?s place! (ONE MAN?S OPINION!)
