1. To gain sucess in struggles it is necessary to strengthen internal unity, contact other associations, and social classes and influential personalities, take part in US Congressional elections (instead of boycotting them) to eliminate reactionary candidates, and plantprogessive people in the Senate and House of Representatives.

2. Closely combine struggles of the people with those of the opposing faction in the US Congress.

3. Step up the motivation of US soldiers and closely coordinate with them in US struggles.

4. Motivate US Labor Unions especially those concerned with Defense, communications, and transportation work, to participate in anti-war movement.

5. In conjuction with slogans demanding an end of the war in Vietnam adopt other slogans demanding improvement of US society. This is a further step because generally speaking the US people are proud of their scientific and technical achievments and the prosperity of their country. The people have deep prejudice against the communist. Most Americans do what they think they will be sucessful in. They like (sic) proganda and engage in unusual enterprises.

Having studied the political process and its attendant cliches, I've learned long ago that anything with the "peace and justice" title is nothing more than a handmaiden/dupe/willing accomplice of the Communists, anarchists, or other group bent on destroying America. They want neither peace, unless it's at the end of their gun barrel as espoused by Mao Tse Dung, or justice, as it's administered by their kangaroo courts.
