That One Rotten Apple?

One of the premier posters upon this site, recently mentioned an alliance (some ten years down the road) in which the United States, Canada & Mexico would become but a single international state - but under who?s directorship is anyone?s guess?

As I stated, commenting on that piece, a similar scenario had been aired out in the original ?Roller Ball Movie? staring James Caan. For the record, even old George Orwell (Eric Blair) pointed out the dangers of such a possibility, while Tail Gunner Joe McCarthy envisioned a similar takeover from within by Commies?!

A current rationale (Bull Shit By Any Other Name) is being stuffed down our throats by certain Powers That Be, in that - ?In ten years, the North American Continent will be forced (by necessity) to unite to combat the rising and voracious challenges (military & Monetary) being mounted by the Europeans and the Asians!?

If this is true, and it sure as Hell looks like it to me, whom do we have to blame for this phenomenal screw up (or planed deception)? Is it our own government that is to blame, the United Nations maybe, our international friends per chance, or maybe even ourselves who are at fault?

And what about this proposed ?Triad of (potential) Treason? "Do we really think that we are going to reform and elevate losers from the sewers of humanity? Do we believe that we can turn double-crossers and Third Worlders into genuine contenders? Can we really change the reasoning and mindsets of other nations who have proven their some-time contempt for us and our way of life? ?Remember, like that one rotten apple in the barrel of life (and maybe even survival), it is only going to take the corrupted one to pollute the entire works!"

Finally, and history has often proven this out, when one attempts to play the part of an international humanitarian, or to pull the complacent and the apathetic free from a deepening gutter, he himself, often finds himself forever trapped within that same filthy gutter! A refuge of decay and apathy that was created (open-eyed) by some of those whom we now seek to reform or unite with in mutually assured oblivion!

?SO TELL ME AGAIN - WHY IN THE HELL IS IT THAT SOME ARE NOW SEEKING TO FIX THAT WHICH HAS WORKED WELL FOR ALMOST 230 HARD-FOUGHT YEARS??

?We were born of fire, blood, guts, initiative, pride, stubbornness, resolve, courage, imagination, inventiveness and Americanism! Why then, are we now seeking to change our way of life to meet the demands of the world, much of which is comprised of proven liars and losers??
