Default DSEi: Economic Challenges Will Expand Cooperation

LONDON - Defense cooperation in Europe will likely start off on a bilateral basis and later develop into wider collaboration, as financial hardship bears down on governments and industry, said Luc Vigneron, the chief executive of electronics company Thales.
