Searching for Abuse/Neglect of Veterans in Veteran Nursing Homes
The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) is investigating long-term care neglect and abuse at State Veteran Homes and VA Community Living Centers. If you have information regarding neglect or abuse in State Veteran Homes or VA Community Living Centers, please email VETNURSINGHOMEABUSE(at gao.gov).

Ladies and Gentlemen, The GAO has received three leads to date. In order to better investigate any problems in State Veteran Homes and VA Community Living Centers, we need any problems that have been noted by veterans to be brought forward to our attention.
