Just dropping in
Hey all,
Sorry I haven't been around as much lately, but things have been so busy with trying to finish up my thesis and all. I hope to find out by the end of the week if I have been accepted into the Ph.D. program in History at the University of North Dakota. I know I can already hear your grumbling about college professors  , but someone has to teach these kids American history the way it actually happened. When my thesis on Civil War camps of instruction in Illinois is finished, I will let you all know, as I'll be breathing a big sigh of relief. Other than that, not much else to report, except that Civil Air Patrol is going well. I am the Deputy Commander for Cadets and enjoy the job a lot, as the cadets are beginning to progress. I will also be up for promotion to 1LT soon. Take care of yourselves and I hope to poke around more once this thesis is finished.Daniel
