Whether you're counting calories or just prefer something a little less sweet, try this low-carb twist on a fourth of July treat that is sure to please.*A fruit parfait is an easy-to-make*breakfast that will start your day out right with a little protein,*hearty oats,*and sweet, fresh fruit.

For each parfait,*you'll need about half a cup of fresh strawberries or raspberries, about half a cup of blueberries, 8 ounces of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, and half a cup of granola. Wash the fruit and slice up the strawberries; set aside.

Grab your favorite glass and begin the layering process. Place the granola in the bottom of the glass, followed by a layer of yogurt, then a layer of blueberries. Spoon in another layer of yogurt, then top with your strawberries or raspberries. If you want to get fancy, place a sprig of mint on top.

This red, white and blue treat will satisfy your sweet tooth and get you in the patriotic spirit.*What's your favorite fourth of July recipe?
