TREASONOUS BUSH ORDERS U.S. TROOPS FROM GERMANY TO ROMANIA

OVERTHROW OF THE AMERICAN REPUBLIC, Part 78

by Sherman H. Skolnick

8/10/5

The occupant and resident of the White House, George W. Bush, has secretly ordered the bulk of the U.S. Troops in Germany, to be quietly sent over the next 18 months to Romania. Why and How?

Some background.

In World War 2, the German forces were hoping to conquer Cairo and go East from that, to take over the oil fields of Iran, to support the Nazi war machine. The first Shah of Iran, Peacock Throne Pahlavi (1925), Persian dictator, pro-Hitler, would have made a useful German ally. It was not to be despite the efforts of "The Desert Fox", General Rommel, much later assassinated by the Gestapo in an aborted effort by Rommel and others to assassinate Adolf Hitler and overthrow the Nazi government, to spare the German common people further bloodshed because they followed and believed a madman and a demagogue.

As an alternative, Germany was using the Ploesti oil fields of Romania. U.S. bombers, in a far from successful raid, targeted Ploesti. Many U.S. airmen died in the tragic effort.

The post-war dictators of Romania, in a violent coup, were supposedly overthrown and replaced by the dictators' surrogates, the current pliable group.

In the post-war period, too many Americans, and others, came to believe that Romania's oilfields were depleted. Knowledgeable sources, however, contend that Romania has sufficient oil reserves currently for another ten years. Moreover, large deposits of natural gas have been discovered offshore Romania, in the Black Sea.

Also, too many Americans, and others, have forgotten that Germany, now consolidated as one nation, East and West, is still a foreign-military-occupied country. More than sixty years after the Second War, large numbers of U.S. armed forces are stationed and garrisoned in Germany.

Commander-in-Chief Bush has arbitrarily and unfairly imposed on the occupied German government that Germany supposedly "agree" and "co-operate" to the removal of upwards of seventy five thousand U.S. troops over the next 18 to be sent to Romania. As an alternative to the failed U.S. invasion of oil-rich Iraq, done without a U.S. Constitution-mandated Declaration of War by Congress, Bush seeks to control the oil and natural gas riches of Romania. And Bush schemes to have a dagger against Russian power in the Mid-East, Central Asia, and nearby lands.

A well-kept secret is that Bush ordered to be built in Romania the largest U.S. military base outside the U.S. mainland.

So far, Moscow boss V. Putin has appeared to be tolerant and patient as the U.S. surrounds Russia, on all sides, with U.S. war bases. The Russian people are not enemies of the American people and vice versa as well. Like in the U.S. there is. however, an element in the Russian military that is bloodthirsty. They strongly insist that Putin safeguard "Mother Russia" and reverse, with war if needed, the U.S. military base encirclement of Russia.

While this is happening, the new royal dictator of Saudi Arabia appears not to trust large portions of Saudi investments in the U.S. As a start, Saudi has ordered the withdrawal of over 350 Billion dollars of their funds sent to the U.S. just in the past 18 months. Some assert that the Bush administration, to assure continuing oil from Saudi, by the U.S. military dividing up Saudi, with the U.S. military occupying with an iron fist the Eastern portion from which the oil comes.

By setting up the huge U.S. Military base in Romania, Bush intends to make use of the oil and natural gas from Romania at the same time being in a position to deter, or threaten, Putin if Russia interferes with Bush's mad plan to either bomb and/or invade Iran, adjacent to Russia and a Russian client State.

On the other hand, Putin reminds Bush that Russia, through one pipeline, supplies most of the natural gas energy to Central and Western Europe. If Europe goes along with Bush's secret Romania insanity, many parts of Europe will freeze in the winter.

All this is occurring against a backdrop of efforts by a group of U.S. Admirals and Generals, called in military jargon flag officers, to invoke provisions of the Uniform Military Code, authorizing them to arrest their Commander-in-Chief Bush for treason, committed against the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and the American common people.

If Bush has them arrested for mutiny, and if they are not assassinated, they intend to prove at Courts Martial, that Bush is a fictitious President; that he caused by bribery a Five-Judge majority of the U.S. Supreme Court to corruptly and arbitrarily install Bush as the occupant and resident of the Oval Office in 2000 and a further fake presidency by massive election computer fraud in 2004; that George W. Bush as supervised by Daddy Bush, with the full assistance and treachery of their joint mistress Condoleeza Rice, had full prior knowledge of 9-11 and caused the murder of three thousand fellow Americans; that George W. Bush started an unconstitutional war by fraud and deceit amounting to treason, invading Iraq; that George W, Bush caused the death and serious wounding in mind and body of many thousands of American men and women sent to Iraq as an invading force, serving no legitimate American purpose other than aiding and abetting the conspiratorial Oil Cartel including Richard Cheney and the Bush Crime Family.

That flag officers, to support their position, have undisputed documentary proof of the crimes of George W. Bush and Daddy Bush.

Actually, President John F. Kennedy was publicly executed in an open car in Dallas, by the Anglo-American Aristocracy, constituting a coup. That every President after JFK covered up this overthrow of the Presidency.

So that those brave and patriotic flag officers in the process now of arresting treasonous Bush, are, for the good of fellow Americans, conducting a counter-coup.

To try to stop this counter-coup, Bush has ordered one of the flag officers, a General, to be arrested. The unfortunate reality now becoming evident to those knowing about this, is that the friction between the North and the South, continues from the end of the War Between The States in 1865 to now.

Some Northern flag officers vow to make the counter-coup successful. On the other hand, Southern flag officers have taken up arms against the Northern flag officers. There has been unreported bloodshed among the highest level of the U.S. Military,

More coming. Stay tuned.

Hey this is getting to be a trend. Another post based on made up facts and made up numbers.

First off Germany does not even have 75,000 troops to move to Romania. The total troop forces in Germany today are only 71,000.

As to their "secret mission" (yea its going to be a secret mission with 75,000 US troops involved LOL) here are the facts of what is happening in Germany and why:

There are 11 bases closing in Germany by 2007. The bases are currently home to the 1st Infantry Division which, along with another armored division, will return to the United States in 2006 to be replaced by a much smaller combat brigade considered better able to fight the war on terror and react rapidly to emerging threats.

Did you notice the key fact that they were returning to the U.S. and not Romania? Romainia has been considered as a new location to send troops but not in large numbers. More on that in the reply to this post. *

Anyone still harping on the "war for oil" scenario after oil has past $65.00 a barrel needs to have their heads examined. Anyone still following after this lunatic fringe in a free society with access to real news, as opposed to government feed propaganda, really has no excuses as to what state of mind they work themselves into by feeding at this trough.

* US European Command Facilities
In June 2004 the Pentagon proposed moving two divisions -- 1st Armored Division and 1st Infantry Division -- from Germany, replacing them a brigade equipped with Stryker light armored vehicles. The US would transfer its troops from bases in Germany to other countries, including Turkey and some in Eastern Europe, such as Bulgaria, Romania and Poland. But the US cannot establish a chain that would extend to the Caucasus -- the idea of basing troops in Georgia was dropped. The F-16 fighters of the 52nd Fighter Wing may be moved from Spangdahlem, Germany, to Incirlik, Turkey. Some F-15 fighters may be moved from Britain, along with the handful of F-15 fighters deployed in Iceland.

During the Cold War, USAREUR had 213,000 personnel with 64 brigade equivalents. Today there is one third of that structure: 62,000 active component troops and 3,000 reserve component troops in 19 brigade equivalents, supported by 11,000 civilians and 11,000 local national employees; with 100,000 family members and 4,000 retirees. This structure equates to a Total Army population of 199,000 (of which 180K are in Germany, 8K Italy, 6K BENELUX, 5K elsewhere). USAREUR has also reduced its installations and square footage to one third of what they were in 1989, retaining 259 installations in five countries. As an agent of change in the Army, USAREUR is examining future force structures to align with the Chief of Staff of the Army?s new Vision Statement.

Bulgaria, Poland and Romania are the New Europe. These countries were being considered for new American bases, probably small installations with rotating troops. These bases would be capable of quickly striking targets in the Middle East or Central Asia, which are closer to here than is Western Europe. During the invasion of Iraq, refueling aircraft were based at Bulgaria's Sarajevo airfield, and the US military also used the Bulgarian port of Burgas, the Romanian port Constanta and the Romanian military airfield of Mihail Kogalniceanu. Future US plans include ex-Warsaw Pact training ranges and other bases in Poland and Hungary. American and British troops have been conducting exercises on the Drawsko Pomorskiy and Wedrzyn training areas since 1996. Use of the Krzesiny airbase outside Poznan, Poland, is also anticipated. In January 2004 Poland's Defense Minister Jerzy Szmajdzinski announced that Poland had begun negotiations on hosting US military bases on its territory. The Taszar airbase in Hungary is a possible candidate for increased US presence, since it has supported US operations beginning with the US entry into Bosnia in 1995.

Changing the "footprint" of U.S. forces in the European Command's area of operations goes hand-in-hand with NATO transformation, said Marine Gen. James Jones, the alliance's supreme allied commander, on 10 October 2003. Jones, who also heads U.S. European Command, said the alliance's center of gravity is in Europe, but the center of activity "is clearly shifting." Speaking at a Pentagon press conference, Jones said the alliance is expanding in Eastern and Central Europe. What's more, the "geostrategic center of interest for the alliance" is in the greater Middle East, he noted.

In addition, Jones said threats are emerging from the southern region of the U.S. European Command -- the southern rim of the Mediterranean and sub-Saharan Africa. There are "large, ungoverned areas which are potential havens for the terrorists of the world and the future merchants of all kinds of things that we're trying to do battle with."

Strategic forward presence is the heart of any change in the footprint. But this requires a far different force from the one present in Europe today. "The cornerstone of anything that we do, any proposal that has been made, is trying to take the forces that we have and make them strategically more agile," Jones said.

Troops may not be at long-established bases. Rather, they may deploy to forward operating bases for a certain amount of time. "But the point of any type of readjustment of our forces is to create more strategic effect," he said.

This does not mean that all American troops will leave Germany or other established bases in Europe. He said that an installation like Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is irreplaceable. "It is inconceivable to me, and anyone else, that you would close Ramstein and move it 500 kilometers to the east and rebuild it," Jones said. "That's simply not going to happen."

Jones said the world is a smaller place. "We have an opportunity to establish a strategic presence, operational presence if required, much quicker than ever before. And therefore, the basing modalities can reasonably be expected to be examined to make sure that we're doing it right in the future," he said.

American troop strength in Europe will drop from its current 112,000 to around 50,000. American forces will go from two full divisions in Germany and a brigade combat team in Italy to a brigade combat team in Germany, another in Italy and up to one more rotating among forward-operating sites.

American forces in Europe will be in three types of bases.

The first are main operating bases, installations like Ramstein Air Base, Germany, and U.S. Naval Station Rota, Spain. These bases will remain hubs and have American forces assigned to them.

The second are called forward-operating sites. These bases are ?light-switch operations? -- meaning all troops arriving have to do is turn the lights on and operations can proceed. Examples of these bases are Camp Bondsteel in Kosovo, Camp Eagle in Bosnia, and Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. There will also be forward-operating sites in Morocco, Tunisia, Bulgaria and Romania. Essentially, the US knows what is there, and knows what to bring when we come,? Jones said. ?We can go from a zero presence to an operating base very quickly.?

The third type of bases are called a cooperative security sites. These could be as small as a fueling agreement or as complicated as a few American contractors ensuring facilities are ready for U.S. troops to operate. These will be an inventory of geographical locations that if the US needed them, it will be pre-agreed with host nations that the US can have access to these bases. The key to the new footprint is an effective pre-positioning program.

urbsdad6 you need to publish facts not speculation by fringe radical groups so disconnected with the people involved they could not possible have an angle on the story.

I, as well as others, take exception to calling our president treasonous, no matter his party affiliation. He is the commander in chief of our armed forces and in case you did not realize this, The Patriot Files is populated mostly by veterans and active duty personal who have or are now answering directly to him.
