Rheinmetall Completes Takeover of Verseidag

Bonn - German Rheinmetall Group is now sole owner of Verseidag Ballistic Protection. In a Jan. 11 statement, the company announced that it had taken over the last remaining 49 interest held by Jagenberg AG, effective Dec. 31, 2010.
