Arrow The Silence Before The Storm?

?Zero Hour has past, and all?s quiet (?) on the Middle Eastern Front!?

With a giant stream of (Coalition) men and vehicles of war working its way toward the Iraqi border, silence has gripped Baghdad by the throat!

Baghdad itself was the scene earlier of a shopping frenzy, and even there, where gasoline is plentiful, the price of a fill up is rising even as we speak, and the supply of petroleum itself, is dwindling fast according to media sources! Gee, I wonder if it will hit $2.20 a gallon (regular) like it s in many parts of California?

?In either case, the over-all price of fuel from producers and import sources, has been on the rapid decline (Wall Street), but apparently the gas stations have yet to get the word!?

Back in the ?Land Of The Flying Carpet?, Hussein is (as of this moment) still refusing to take it on the lamb? As a matter of fact, CNN just aired a piece that displayed Iraqi women and children, malnourished and (according to UNICEF) in dire straits! ?As sad as this is, who?s fault is that?? In a piece that just aired, Hussein and Aziz still looked well-fed and defiant!

Naturally, some within the United Nations still feel that we should sit back and ?Go With The UN Flow?? Of course, these nations have a great deal of oil money at stake, should war break out with Iraq! I guess that it can truly be said that a few of these ?UN Types Are Definitely In It For The CA$H!" Now that?s unity?!

That UNICEF piece that was just broadcast upon CNN, made no mention of the people who perished in the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, the Marine Barracks at Beirut, or the poor kids that they left behind! As a matter of fact, I recall seeing men, women and children alike, dancing in the streets of Baghdad and other Middle Eastern enclaves at the news of this murderous catastrophe (9/11/01)!?

Again, and redundantly so, ?No One In Their Right Mind Wants War!!? But then neither can a nation continue to silently absorb ?Terrorist Act, After Terrorist Act?, while the sponsors holds themselves up as some sort of international icon! ?As for the UN, while all of this was going on, they just continued to debate!?

There is a solution, as President Bush pointed out, but when a man considers himself above the laws of common decency, as Hussein has, then what choice is left, outside of war or emulating the actions of those who pursued appeasement at any and all cost! All that this gets you is more of the same pain and suffering! (The mind-set of terror has proven this redundantly!)

War is a hard and painful choice to embrace, but ?Fear and Capitulation To Abject International Insanity, Is Even Harder To Swallow!?

VERITAS
