Time May Not Always Be Your Ally!

Beware of "TIME GAMES", the weapon of choice, wielded like a one-way mace, by some within the Veterans Administration System!!

And for all of you veterans out there with active cases for benefits - ?ALSO BEWARE OF THE SYSTEM?S TWO-FACED BOGEYMEN" - These individuals know of whom I speak!!!

These (relatively few) "Soul Sellers" (Theirs and yours) are the VA (and related entity's) conscienceless hitmen! People who, through any and all means at their disposal, will attempt to utterly destroy your case - not by honest means mind you, but by collusion, deception, lies, subterfuge, and intimidation! (opinion)

The system is (in my opinion), often geared to outlast and outlive most veterans! To drive them into an early grave, long before the "FEW" liars and cheats in (some) bureaucracies, are forced to admit that they were culpable and/or liable for damages incurred as a result of service connected injuries, ailments or sicknesses!

This includes those maladies heaped upon some veterans as a direct (or indirect) result of ?Misguided and Zealous Activity!!? (ie: Unwitting and Un-informed Experimentation, or wanton exposure to certain materials banned by [the likes of] the Nuremberg Codes!!)

And do not for one single moment believe that, knowledge of many a domestic atrocity (experimentation committed in the name of national security, or medical and Intel-insanity), was not known far into the chain of command (opinion) ?What in the Hell ever happened to the ?Buck Stops Here!? It (apparently) went the way of the Dodo Bird, integrity and truth!?

The only way to resolve a problem is (in my opinion), not to cover it up and make believe that it never happened!? But rather to face up to it, admit to it, compensate it, and promise (another meaningless word to some politicos) never again to engage in such a crass and "Legally Criminal" practice, such as experimentation upon our own, and by our own!!

As for those who hide from such responsibility, their own involvement, and the damaging repercussion of their foul deeds, they are (in my humble opinion) - COWARDS, and nothing more!!

Getting back to this ?Time Thing" - again beware, especially of the bureaucratic employee(s) who goes out of ?HIS? way to call itself your friend!! The individual within the VA who redundantly professes compassion and understanding for your case (for benefits), but uses any contrived technicality to destroy both you and that case, including eating up (with lies) your alloted period of time to respond!

When all else fails, and an issue becomes too hot to handle (politically), a "FEW" within the VA even resort (as multiple claims cases show), to eating up your time and what is left of your life! Some will even promise you the world and assure you that all regulations have been met and complied with, even when they have not! (Willful Misconduct perhaps?)

They may also offer (and/or supply) ongoing (bogus) assistance and assurances, just so long as they believe that their lies are not in writing or witnessed?! (Ring a bell does it?)

In short, a few of these people?s words of honor, are about as genuine as their ability to fit through the eye of a needle without touching the sides, or engaging in anything as menial as human dignity and truth!

?It is a crying shame that some people who honorably served, have to be subjected to a second front, or alternative enemy if you prefer!?? AN ENEMY OFTEN FROM WITHIN!!

If you are among those who have a pending case, document everything, trust (virtually) no one paid for in any way by the system, and never (make that NEVER) allow any willful (or even unintentional ?) misconduct on the part of said system to go un-questioned or unchallenged!

?Some (not all) of these people, can and will screw you over in a heartbeat! Some are even, in my opinion, prostituted (body and soul), not to you or your claim, but rather to the system that they have offered ?YOU? up to as a human and/or financial sacrifice! (another opinion) "Better safe than eternally sorry I say!"

If you are a man or woman who genuinely values unaltered facts and honor, then cover your ass as best you can when dealing with those who refuse to even acknowledge the existence of a truth!!

?Hey, it is you (and your family's) life, their future, and maybe even your very survival!? And unfortunately, to a scant few within the system, you may mean less than nothing!? Especially to the those within that system who have sold their souls for power, connectivity, money, or just the sheer pleasure (?) of screwing-over their trusting peers!

Finally, to the few who are knowingly engaged in these "Veteran-Destroying Deceptions", you should be exposed for what you really are (whatever that vulgarity is)? And most of all, you should be dealt with accordingly, NO MATTER HOW HIGHLY PLACED! Of course, this will ?NEVER? come to pass, or will it?!

When one betrays (and a "BETRAYAL? it is!!) those who trusted in their word and their self-proclaimed honor, then that betrayer will always bare the ?Mark Of Cain? upon what is left of his rotting soul! And for the record, excuses and belated penance will serve the betrayer not, when they finally face a power far more lofty than their own or their leash-masters!

The ?Betrayal Of One?s Brothers," after all, may be punishable by ?Eternal Damnation!!? A never-ending damnation that "NOT EVEN THE EARTHLY POWERS THAT BE" can save you from!

This was you best column of all-time....It is now becoming apparent between the politicians and the let's-let-the-vets-die VA , and all the fragmented-and-dysfunctional-nationwide-veteran's-advocacy(sp ?)-organizations...we don't have a prayer...well maybe just that ..a prayer....Thanks.
