Question How Long?

How long do you think it will take the Media and the world to blame the U.S.A. for the earthquake and tidle wave desaster that have hit Southern Asia. I just feel that somehow before its over the spin doctors of the Media will make it our fault too. what do you think.:cd:

Unhappy Its happening already....

Well, tonight they are already complaining the the 35million we are sending for disaster relief is too little from such a "rich" nation like the USA..... I guess like in Somalia and Ethiopia the UN will take all the credit for any disaster relief sent over from the US anyway..... I agree with Ya!

We've become an international "savior" in the world's eyes. When do we as a nation start to put forth the 35 million dollars to get our own homeless out of their cardboard box home, our own disabled a set of crutches, and our starving a hot meal?

Thats a very good question steve . But as long as there is no political gain it won't happen.

I already heard one media outlet say that scientist here knew it was going to hit before it did. Bet its gonna be spun into something like we should of warned them instead of there own government.

The "I'll do you a favor and you'll owe me" theory? That's true. A man living in a box doesn't have much to lose nor to give away.

I was listening to the Communist News Network (CNN) and they stated that our people knew it was going to hit but they didn't know who to call.....

Guess they should have looked in the blue pages.

With all the tech weather equipment, there should have been a better warning system. The local paper indicates over 58,000 fatalities now

At last count there were maybe 170 countries in the idiotic United Nations which is a sewer and a malignant cancer on the face of this great country. It should be moved elsewhere. They are all about waste and theft of money etc. Anyway, the official line from overseas was that we were "stingy" with our relief funds........

You can fill in your choice of expletives here -----------------------

Default Friends & Fellow Patriots...

Truly sad commentaries by all,...even though unarguably and quite sadly true. Other than typically expecting America to be The World's Welfare Agency (the norm), the words: "Overall World Class Ingrates" also come to mind.

Regardless, I just can't understand how ANYBODY ON EARTH could consider ANYONE (re. The American Taxpayer) usually paying for about 40% of all UN Emergency Relief, and ANYONE (re. The American Taxpayer again) AGAIN generously paying the lions share for large scale U.S. Governmental Aids for such worldwide disasters,...AS CHEAP or "STINGY"????? Utter nonsense.

The too, and a never before seen on earth Taxpayer Generosity as America's (The American norm) aside, America's Private Sector's also quite generous donations and/or aid from all charitable organizations are currently and as in the past,...much more generous than from anywhere else in The World.

So then,...and whether from the extreme generosity of The American Taxpayer and/or the extreme generosity of Private American Citizens, ANY FOOLS alluding that Americans overall are CHEAP or "STINGY",...is either a flat-out-liar or greedier than normal (or both).

Plus, using such national or UN-type oneupsmanships and greed for American Dollars, EVEN during multi-national disasters,...is actually unadulterated and/or pure bullshit. No ifs, ands or buts.

Neil and/or one of: "We The ($chnook$)",...as forced to be by law.
