Genesis 1, 27; "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him."
Notice that after God created man He noticed that man really didn't have any direction and wandered aimlessly not knowing what to do so God created a woman (from a part of man) to tell man what to do. Man hasn't rested since.

Thats the trouble with the bible, It depends on which version you use and at what time you use that version, In a different version it says,
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul"
I would not presum to understand a 'God' or think just what God wanted to say. But over the years from the 300 AD people have done just that. Instead of writing just what the 'booh' auther had written, they just wrote what they thought the auther wanted to say.
Please
don't make this a religous thread. If you want to talk religon, by all means, go ahead, but it should be on a different thread and your thread.
Hears a web site that will let you understand the versions better,
http://www.ccel.org/wwsb/Genesis/2.html
Thanks
Ron

Ron,

This article may or may not speak to you. I stumbled on it shortly after a revelation about a recurrent flashback and the odd sensation that I still don't know why I'm here and what should I be doing.

http://www.rense.com/general71/defmo.htm

I think there is a song in our DNA put there by our Creator (In the beginning was the Word) and we stay here as long as we can in order to find it if we can and listen to it and share it. Not there yet by a long shot myself.

Thanks for the thought but I have alot better things to do then spend an hour reading, (did you see how long that was) . I have to go lay on the couch and have a beer, there is lots more TV to watch. And maybe a DNA song to sing.

"Expert Textpert, Choking Smokers, Don't you think the Joker laughs at you..."

I think I was put here for the universe to laugh at.

Got into entertainment so they'd be laughing on my terms.

Ever seen that blue flash that kinda goes out into a flat line (sorta like an old tube TV)? I'd swear that those are "event horizon" crossings, meaning that we (or at least the daring among us) have probably died many times within a so-called lifetime.

But no one ever really dies...

(BTW, I pray to both the lord and the lady)

Wasn't trying to make it a "religious thread," just answering the above question.
