I see that The US is being sued by a group Tsunami survivors and Families of victims. The allegation is that sufficient warning wasn?t given by the Tsunami warning system that operates in the Pacific Rim area. Never mind that the system is not located in the Indian Ocean at all. It gets all very technical but given the speed and distance traveled by a tidal wave, I suspect the Pacific Rim sensors didn?t pick up the tidal wave until well after it hit Thailand, but we?ll see what comes out. Every seismic activity system in the Asian hemisphere was probably ringing bells and off scale but there was little if any communication or even names to call to give a warning, talk about a non plan. The litigants are mostly European so no doubt they got some US ambulance chasers working for them and going for the gusto. Given that solid and irrefutable technical arguments seldom play well in a US courtroom, there may be some newly rich Europeans dead ahead, but we?ll see what happens next.

It's another greedy SOB who's looking for a deep pocket to get his hand into. This case could last years with no end in sight, since it'll take a while for all the technical data to be located. Our only hope is that the judge and jury can see through this one and send the people back where they belong. Hopefully the hand that tries to reach into this pocket will get broken.

Now is the time to stop all funding, supplies, personnel and anything else were doing until the suit is settled. We need to let it be known to the world as to why we are doing this, and which group is suing us
