Unhappy Richard William Hager 1954 - 1990

My brother was given the choice of jail or the military. Richard became a Seabee in the Navy and served mostly in Cuba, he was very proud of his service to his country. He was a great brother and friend. He and I built a big deck on the back of my house that I sit on almost daily and am reminded of him. 14 years ago today he died. I see him in my grandbaby but I miss him a lot. Going to be a long day.

Thank you for letting me know Richard through your memory of him LT. It is always hard when we have to say good bye to those we love. When they go way to young and way to hard our hearts carry the added sadness of missing a life time of friendship, hugs and smiles. It's hard really hard. But it's ok brother 'cause one day the circle is going to be unbroken. Until then we are going to keep movin' and give what we got left to the ones that need us now. Peace and hugs from your Sis...

Default Richard

I was pretty young when uncle Richard died but I will always remember him. He was a great person, he would do anything for my sister and I. I always remember that big smile on his face. Dad said he lived for the weekends and I get that from him, I send out Happy Friday messages to everyone and it makes me think he would have done the same thing if he could. He use to make these burrito type meals for us but wouldnt show us what was in it so we always called them "Things" and we would get so excited when uncle Richard was going to make "Things" . To this day we wonder how he made them :-) Love you Dad!

Post I understand!

I lost my twin brother 5 years ago. He had been a 'sickly kid' all of his life. Finally succumbed to pneumonia after catching the flu. He had asthma and pneumonia all his life. We miss them don't we. Spring is a hard time. He passed away in late March.

John, I'll be praying for you today.

Keith
