Two more shipmates are on the final cruise:

ABH1 RETIRED SID HIXSON, lost his short battle with brain cancer, saturday morning 17 April 2004. Services will be held Tuesday 20 April 2004 at the Armed Forces Retirement Home (formerly the Naval Home) in Gulfport, Mississippi at 0930. In lieu of flowers his daughter Lisa has authorized donations to the Aviation Boatswain's Mates Association P.O. Box 1106 - Naval Base Lakehurst, NJ 08733 1-732-657-4749 ABE1(AW)Ret Joseph Gray passed on to a higher being the morning of 17 April 2004 after a long battle with cancer, he was a great freind and longtime shipmate. He will be dearly missed Viewing will be from 16-2000, Monday at Pable Evertz Funeral Home 901 Beaverdam RD Point Pleasant, NJ Mass will be held Tuesday at 9:00 at St Peters Roman Catholic church Point Pleasant Beach, NJ Donations in lieu of Flowers can be sent to the Carly Ann Roncin Fund 1602 Lauckson Place Point Pleasant, NJ 08742
