MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. – Sgt. Heather Carroll, an intelligence analyst with Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, sang the National Anthem during the Chili Fest 2012 at Classic Iron Motorcycles in Fredericksburg on Sunday.
