If you keep hearing that you are a loser, then the chances are that you will eventually begin to believe it, causing your brain to underperform, or not to perform at all, in certain areas?! And yes indeed, in my opinion, the power of suggestion can be a tool that can either increase or decrease your brain’s ability to function at its maximum potential, once again, in my own personal and undereducated opinion?

And lastly, never underestimate the power that repeated suggestions have in controlling one’s own health and well-being! “They can either be your friend or a dastardly foe!?”

We all grow up, after all, with a certain amount of negativity being pumped into our brains, and this can be a very disruptive force! And outside of the fool who is attempting to interject this trash into our brains (for whatever reason), we must armor our senses to realize and to identify, all such negativity for what it is worth – “Nothing!”

Suggestions and constructive criticism, on the other hand, can be gainful things, but only if the spirit in which they are given is also meant to be helpful and not demeaning, derogatory or just plain mean and destructive to their hapless recipients?

So chew your words and your intent very carefully and wisely before you spew them out for general consumption, for once your words pass your lips, (good or bad), they can never be retrieved nor even taken back – and that too is a fact!!
