Default Wrong again

Your screed about veterans not receiving no-cost medical care is totally inaccurate. I retired in '93, became eligible for bennies on my 60th birthday, and have been enjoying cost free medical care ever since, as good if not better than before. Stick that up your one-trick pony patoot!

Default Health Care

Health Care

The lawsuit for Health Care Restoration was filed in Federal District Court on 11-12-00.

We are asking the court to award back damages up to a maximum of $10,000. If they award
it that is what our contingency fee would be based on ? not future damages, if ant. If they
award no back pay we may still get the law changed, but would receive no attorney
contingency fees.

Please select from one of the five options below if you wish to join our suit and respond to:

Anyone wishing to join this suit can utilize one of five options we have devised for funding.

Either: 1. Send in a retainer of $800, and we will get no contingency fee and pay
all costs associated with your case; or

Either: 2. Send in a retainer of $500, and we will take a contingency agreement
for 08% of the back damages only, if we win, or;

Either: 3. Send in a retainer of $200., and we will take a contingency agreement
for 20% of the back damages only, if we win, or;

Either: 4. Send $100., and we will take a contingency agreement for 25% of any
back damages only, or,

Either: 5. Send $50., and we will take a contingency agreement for 30% of any
back damages only.

NOTE: Widows(ers) may join without paying any retainer or any contingency fee at all. We
will only accept donations from this group if they are financially able.

We devised this hybrid method of funding this case because there are many who cannot
afford a lot of money out of pocket, and I do not want to leave anyone out. However, the
expenses of this litigation will be far more than we can fund by ourselves.
