Welcome home, Bro.
I was a Medic with 1/46 around LZ Professional March 69-March 70. We helped secure an extraction in Dragon Valley, S. of LZ Pro once. Also recall the day LRRPs came into LZ Professional hanging from ropes dangled from a slick, which dropped them on our logistics pad. Hairy combat extraction, from what I overheard. P.S. though I was in leg unit in Vietnam, I am no leg. Jump School at Benning. Served with Montana NG SF in 70s.

McGuire Rigs were not a lot of fun - coming up out of the bush- looked like I had been in a fight with a Tiger more than once. However, at altitude, good ride - unless your nuts were in the wrong place. BTW, thanks Doc for all you and yours did.........!!!!!
