Coast Guard calls off search for missing Calgary man after abandoned boat, dog found

Over the weekend, Coast Guard crews spent 65 hours, completing 30 search patterns over an area about the size of Prince Edward Island in hopes of locating Horne. Search efforts were aided by local law enforcement and fish and wildlife marine units.
