Default They Did Their Share

A special THANK YOU to each and every one of the veterans on The Patriot Files. I have read stories of happy times and sad. I have read stories of the heroic things you have done and you have asked for nothing in return. I have read stories of the terrible things you have seen and you still went on with what needed to be done. I feel you should be remembered and honored not only on November 11 but 365 days a year for your courage and dedication. A big THANK YOU for your service goes from me to you.

I came across the following poem that I found to be quite fitting for Veteran's Day and wanted to share it with you.

Raggedy Ann

THEY DID THEIR SHARE

On Veteran?s Day we honor
Soldiers who protect our nation.
For their service as our warriors,
They deserve our admiration.
Some of them were drafted;
Some were volunteers;
For some it was just yesterday;
For some it?s been many years;
In the jungle or the desert,
On land or on the sea,
They did whatever was assigned
To produce a victory.
Some came back; some didn?t.
They defended us everywhere.
Some saw combat; some rode a desk;
All of them did their share.
No matter what the duty,
For low pay and little glory,
These soldiers gave up normal lives,
For duties mundane and gory.
Let every veteran be honored;
Don?t let politics get in the way.
Without them, freedom would have died;
What they did, we can?t repay.
We owe so much to them,
Who kept us safe from terror,
So when we see a uniform,
Let?s say "thank you" to every wearer.

Shame on the two of you I'm sure it sounds like "pukes". If I had married someone with that last name I may have kept my own name. But she wrote a nice poem.

Dont listen to Packy, Pack, Paco....He suffers from multiple personality disorder along with this insatiable desire to trash threads and blame it on me. Over the years, I've been able to overlook his problem and accept him for what he is. To show you what a great person I am. Packy, Paco, Pack and his lovely wife Deb came to stay with us last August and I was able to trust him with the family cat.....alone. The one thing I did notice since Packy Paco, Pack left is, that damn cat wont come out of the closet. all she does is shake and hiss. We took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome

Post Thank You Ann

Thanks Ann

Sorry, but I'm a failure with counciling. I've tried but they just don't respond.
Did you see how they mess up my MRI thread. They have no class.

Keith

P.S. But they are a great bunch of men, just need a little class.
