Default A Message To All Forever Loyal Americans

4-4-2024

“WE ALL COMPREHEND THE QUESTIONS, BUT EVEN AFTER TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY-EIGHT YEARS, THE ANSWERS STILL SEEM TO ELUDE MANY OF US?” “WHY IS THAT DO YOU SUPPOSE?”

“No one alive is so proficient (or perfect)” at deciphering all of the quagmires of human existence that have passed undetected underneath the flood-gates of human history! And yet, many especially within the governments of mankind still claim to have all of the possible answers to these purely human dilemmas - of physical, mental, spiritual and even moral possibilities - why is that exactly?

And why do we brainlessly accept and follow the quintessentially vested and mindlessly flawed rhetoric and hollow solutions that are spewed into our hapless faces by “Most Elected Governments” anyplace upon the face of this tiny and relatively unimportant “Planet Earth?!”

Granted again, any system of no government can ultimately lead to societal anarchy, but any system that has flaws elements that they are genuinely aware of, and yet do nothing to rectify these problems, can or even will progress beyond the stage of doddering imbeciles!

And unfortunately, so it is and so it could eternally remain unless of course, we are forever vigilant in defense of those freedoms and those rights that thousands of “American Men and Women” have fought for and even died to preserve over the past two and a half centuries?

But unfortunately, the men and women who sired, built-upon and protected “This Magnificent Nation of Ours” are now all dead and buried and unless even a modicum of their sacrifices, their spirit, their dedication, their zeal, and their commitments yet lives, “We Patriots” cannot forever survive!

For “We the People” cannot and will not remain eternal, unless our inscribed ideals remain sanctified and worth fighting for! And unless our leadership remains committed, rock-solid and pure in its intent - history dictates that the very same flaws and cracks within our own matrix could also bring us down as well some day?

Stand Fast, Dream Big, Fight Hard and Never Say Die – And Above All Else, Forever Remain – Loyal & Quintessentially Patriotic American Citizens!! For We Are Truly ‘And Hopefully’ An International and Everlasting Treasure!

Angry What breaks down a Democracy?

HC - well said words of wisdom

This Nation will stand fast as long as the People of this Nation understand
that freedom is only as good as the People who run it.
-
Democracy has three parts all must be in place for it to sustain itself.

1. A state governed by a democracy:
["a multiparty democracy"]

2. Control of an organization or group by the majority of its members:
["the intended extension of industrial democracy"]

3. The practice or principles of social equality:
["demands for greater democracy"]

1. a: A Government by the people especially : rule of the majority

b: A government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised
by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving
periodically held free elections.

2. A political unit that has a democratic government.

3. Capitalized : the principles and policies of the Democratic party in the U.S.
from emancipation Republicanism to New Deal Democracy — C. M. Roberts

4. The common people especially when constituting the source of political authority

5: The absence of hereditary or arbitrary class distinctions or privileges

a. Note: Is the United States a democracy or a republic?

The United States is both a democracy and a republic. Democracies and republics are both forms
of government in which supreme power resides in the citizens. The word republic refers specifically
to a government in which those citizens elect representatives who govern according to the law.

The word democracy can refer to this same kind of representational government, or it can refer
instead to what is also called a direct democracy, in which the citizens themselves participate in the
act of governing directly.

b. What is the basic meaning of democracy?

The word democracy most often refers to a form of government in which people choose leaders
by voting.

c. What is a democratic system of government?

A democratic system of government is a form of government in which supreme power is vested
in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation
usually involving periodic free elections.

What constitutes an insurrection?: By: Brian Duignan 02-08-24:
-
Insurrection, an organized and usually violent act of revolt or rebellion against an established
government or governing authority of a nation-state or other political entity by a group of its
citizens or subjects; also, any act of engaging in such a revolt. An insurrection may facilitate
or bring about a revolution, which is a radical change in the form of government or political
system of a state, and it may be initiated or provoked by an act of sedition, which is an
incitement to revolt or rebellion.

[This is what caused the January 6, 2021, Capitol attack?]

On the afternoon of January 6, 2021, supporters of Donald Trump - who told them to
storm the Congress & Capitol - Trump did and to do whatever they had to including
boldly harm to whomever got in their way - causing bodily harm to many.
-
In the United States, an insurrection against the authority of Federal Government is
a crime under 18 U.S. Code §2383, which resulted in great harm to police & personal.
-
[Trump incited these actions, and/or backed theses engagements in this rebellion - such
as an insurrection against the authority of the United States.
-
[These actions broke Federal Laws thereby, they should suffer fines under this title which,
will be imprisoned for not more than ten years, or both; [and shall be incapable of holding
any further US Office within the United States.
-
Federal law also grants to the President of the United States the authority to employ the
armed forces of the United States - and nationalized state militias - to put down any insurrection
against a state government upon the request of the state’s legislature or governor
(10 U.S. Code §251) and to suppress or prevent civil disturbances—“unlawful obstructions,
combinations, or assemblages, and/or rebellion[s]”—that, this President’s judgment, has
interfered - or would interfere with the enforcement of Federal Laws in any state (§252)
or have effectively deprived citizens of their rights under the U.S. Constitution (§253).

These and other provisions of Chapter 13 of the U.S. Code, entitled “Insurrection,” originated
in two pieces of legislation from the late 18th and early 19th centuries: an act of Congress (1795)
that extended to the president Congress’s constitutional authority “to provide for calling forth the
Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions” (Article I, §8)
and the Insurrection Act (1807), which additionally authorized the president to deploy the armed
forces of the United States in the same circumstances and for the same purpose.

During the subsequent two centuries, the Insurrection Act was amended numerous times and
invoked by presidents including Abraham Lincoln (to enable the use of federal troops to defeat
the secession of Confederate states in the American Civil War), Dwight D. Eisenhower (to assist
efforts to desegregate public schools in the South), and George H.W. Bush (to quell riots in
Los Angeles following the acquittal of police officers involved in the beating of Rodney King).
In 2020, in response to sometimes violent demonstrations against police brutality and anti-Black
racism in several U.S. cities (see United States: The killing of George Floyd and nationwide racial
injustice protests), Pres. Donald J. Trump threatened to use his authority under the Insurrection
Act to unleash deadly force against lawbreaking protesters.

Insurrections and other acts of violence against governments by their own citizens or subjects
(some of which are not clearly distinguishable from revolutions, coups d’état, civil wars, or
resistance to foreign rule) are commonplace in world history. Among many historically
significant insurrections of the 20th and 21st centuries are the March on Rome of 1922, which
brought Benito Mussolini and his National Fascist Party to power in Italy; the July Plot against
Adolf Hitler in 1944; the briefly successful Hungarian Revolution of 1956; the student revolt in
Paris in May 1968; the Zapatista rebellion in Mexico beginning in 1994; and the United States
Capitol attack of January 2021.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Personal Note: Insurrection's happen all around the globe at one time or another. When
instability & insecurity comes into play - or heavy handed actions take place which can
sooner see repercussions resulting in insurrections. Hence here we are today - and
once again we will see this - in our updated histories.
-
We The People can only tolerate so much - before such events take place.
-
How much more is needed to condemn men like Trump - for such actions
without being called for such events!
-
Finally I say! We don't need men like Trump in office - with their one singular
wish - "to be excelled as a Supreme Leader" - and doing whatever he wants
regardless of it's human cost - and/or circumstance!

Trump Supporters Did Not Storm The Capitol. They Marched Peacefully As We Watched It On Newsmax.

We All Know Who Started The Riot At The Capitol. President Trump asked the Mayor of DC and Pelosi three days before to have the National Guard To Protect The Capitol but they both said NO.

Don't believe everything you hear on the News.
