GLYNCO, Ga. – Graduates of the Coast Guard Criminal Investigative Service Special Agent Basic Training Program take their oath at the conclusion of the graduation ceremony held at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco Tuesday Sept. 28, 2010.
