I see it says California on the tag, Is it payed for by Taxpayers?
All states I know of already have programs in place that are required for pets. What is this for?

Bern - How do you get all of the information on the tag? Does it come blank and you add it in yourself? Is there a way to get the picture on the ID like you have Woody's?

At Tiggertags.com you select the state you want, I have all 50 available. You add the items you want to the cart, after payment you will be prompted to give all your animals information that you want on the tag and also to upload a photo. Your id would look just like your states drivers license just with your animals info & picture.
