Obama lands at Fort Bliss during El Paso visit

Maj. Gen. Dana J.H. Pittard, the commanding general of Fort Bliss, greeted President Barack Obama at Biggs Army Airfield a short time before the President headed to Chamizal National Memorial in the city of El Paso to deliver his address.
