Default Some Reasonable Questions

Even though coronavirus is ALSO very highly contagious and easily transmitted like the ALSO CURABLE flu or influenza which caused about 80,000 (EIGHTY THOUSAND) American Deaths in 2018, and another 30,000 or so Deaths in 2019,...why wasn't the entire nation ALSO forced to come to a screeching halt because of SO MANY DEATHS back then??? Go figure.

Regardless of SO MANY THOUSANDS of Flu Deaths previously shrugged-off, controlling and treating coronavirus or any virus or flu is serious business and should be taken seriously by all.

Still, and since coronavirus is obviously curable for most and this is 2020 (not ancient times), why are most all in Officialdom and press/media treating this latest new virus as if The Black or bubonic plague?

To me it seems like the current forced cure of pretty-much shutting down the entire nation is INFINITELY MUCH WORSE for America & Americans,...than the coronavirus could, would, or will ever be.

Additionally, ever read the Side Effects portions of prescriptions as supplied by pharmacies?

Many times the printed Side Effects of the pills prescribed are actually More Dangerous and Deadly to the patient (or self), than the malady itself could ever be.
