Just talked with Stick and we are all set to roll. Will be pullin' out about 0500 and should be gettin' Stick about 10-1100 depending on how hungry and how my times I gotta make a head call. Should be on the mtn about 1 or 2 depending on traffic from Fayetteville north. Will also be crawlin' through Jasper this time.

Sid, is it too late to get a shirt and hat? Size: large
Lrrp style of course, which means no identifying names or hometown. I'm getting in to Atlanta in the morning around 6:45 AM. Taking the redeye frokm Portland but nonstop both waysAm planning to cruise Atlanta, then head for ElliJay around noon,hoping to excape Friday arternoon traffic. I'll be staying in the stratford, hope its got a hot tub. Stay good James

Glad you're taking some time to tour the GREATEST city in the south!
One thing you gotta do is stop by the worlds largest drivin-in restaurant, The Varsity..........and get a couple of Chilie 'Dawgs', onion rings and a 'Glorified Steak Sandwich' (I kid you not, that's what they call it!)...........it's a hometown tradition that goes back more than 60 years or so! You'll probably have heartburn for at least two days...........but it'll be worth it. Look forward to finally meetin you on the 'mountain' when I get there on Saturday. Have a safe trip!

...And ready, But am I is the question,... ...My flight leaves thursday @ 0650, and arrives LST 1027,... ...Have reservations for a truck to rent, and, and, and,... ... ...As usual, lots to do around here, and co-urdin it all takes a spell,... ...don't knoe zacley when I'll hit the hill, (damn, every time I hit an "h", I gety a double one),... ...meakin rangemits fer Cujo, err, Bic, for the duration, blah, blah,... ...Soooooo, I'll make it, whens, I make it, unless i hears back from somebody, I be commin' in sumtime, Stealth, err otherwise,... ...(got the other check back here today, ?undeliverable?,course I only had a 37 cent stamp on it... ... ...

Talked with Pighmpr....he'll be leaving Winston about noon friday. Has to wait on some guy that owes him money. He should be in around 5.
