Another Anniversary--Another day of Mourning:

Old Seabee, when you are ready it will happen. I have been to the Traveling wall. I said goodbye to my buddy PFC Gary Peterson, I couldn't believe the experience. Have you ever
seen the photographic art "reflections" it is a nice piece of art, it shows a gray haried man touching the wall, and on the wall there are soldiers reaching out to touch his hand. Man that is what the expereience is like. When I touched his name I could see him, I could hear him telling me it was okay to let him go. I finally cried tears that weren't anry tears. The wall has a lot of power mostly healing power. I have been able to associate my memories of Gary not just of his death, but also the good times we shared. I now know that Gary is resting peace.
