Default Arafat on life support - "Brain Dead"

Does that make him Israel's "Favorite Vegetable"?

No one lives forever and this may help get some of the issues resolved in the Middle-East? I say may because we all know there is another radical waiting to fill his shoes.

Within the Palestinian infrastructure, Arafat headed up the faction that is largely considered interlopers and foreigners by the indigenous Palestinian ?liberation? movement. Arafat himself is an Egyptian by birth but found his center of gravity/power traction with the Palestinian cause. One thing Arafat is/was very good at is making sure any rivals or perceived coequal successors got to take a dirt nap. Zo, there is a power vacuum to be filled and probably lots of shootin, killing and hell raisin before a successor is apparent or is around long enough to look forward to lunch.

Maybe they can keep the lid on and transition with some semblance of order but on the other hand, not at all likely. An intra Palestinian civil war is a possibility but not likely as yet, maybe. It could be time for Super Koffi to don his flapping cape and do something useful for a change.

I think the palestinian leaders are trying to leep him alive until he tells them where the billions he looted from US support for Palestinian people is. I hope he gets rigth with his maker before he goes, but I won't shed a tear when he does.
