What Is Wrong With What We Once Were???
9-26-2020
(opinions) “We Battled” through (and won) “Two World Wars!” “We Pulled” ourselves out of several depressions, “We Inhabited” an entire continent! “We Conquered” population-threatening pandemic diseases, “We Strove” to be independent, and “We Challenged and We Defeated” all who attempted to subvert those rights that countless Americans have fought for, and many even died to preserve! So why are some within our ranks now silently slipping-back into the darkness of those vile inequities that “Countless Patriots” gave their lives to defend us against? Or have “The Idols of Political Power”, now totally disrupted and expunged “The Immortal God of Liberty?” Liberty Is Not Only“Never Free”, It Often Carries A Very Heavy Price To Sanctify And To Preserve! We are all Brother's and Sister's of our American Father's & Mother's. Most have fought on behalf of this country's Flag when called upon. Most of us have lost many of our Brother's & Sister's on behalf of our Country's calling. Those of us who survived have to carry the scars and memories of those that have fallen. We also must adhere to our Country's Constitution written by those at great cost. We all have given much over the years including military service and social servitude. How much more can we give - if not our lives as well - should it be needed. - Boats
