Tricare's largest claims processor, Palmetto Government Benefits Administration (PGBA), has a web site just for you. You can check on all your claims, email billing problems directly to PGBA, and participate in the Community Forum with topics, replies and even complaints. The site also contans lots of other information you can use. This is NOT the official Tricare site. That one is listed in another topic here.
When you log on to the PGBA site you'll get the Title Page. Click on Enter to get the Home Page. Then click on Member Sign In and complete the steps necessary to register. When you're finished you'll have to wait about a week to receive your Security Code in the mail. Follow the steps in that letter to complete the registration.
If you just got TFL and have no claims yet, register anyway so you'll be ready when the claims start rolling in.

I just had the chance to try out this site and it really works. For just over a year, my wife and her physician's bookkeeper have been trying to straighten out a billing claim through phone calls and letters. Then she registered on this site. One day she clicked on Ask Customer Service and emailed her complaint. In just a few weeks the problem was solved. AMAZING!
