For anyone who relies on protein bars as an afternoon or after workout snack, they should be warned about nonmilitary friendly ingredients in their all-natural selections.Natural food snacks, like the Kind Companies Strong & Kind bars, are off limits to military personnel and DOD civilians because they contain hemp seeds. While the seeds are a natural source of protein and have high content of necessary vitamins they are off limits as a food source due to the possibility of ingesting THC.
