?NINE AGAINST ONE, A REAL GANG-BANG?

The ?NINE? Justices of the United States Supreme Court are continuing to probe for weaknesses in the ?FIRST? Amendment! And when the ?High Court? manages to shake lose from their golden wheelchairs and gallon-sized buckets of Viagra this October, several (critical) ?Free Speech? cases may very well top the ?Hit (list)? parade!?

According to a few in the know, in an effort to further defang the ?Cornerstone of the Bill
of Rights (First Amendment)?, the ?Supreme Gaggle? will pit the issue of (so-called) ?Public Safety Against Freedom of Speech!? And according to a respected Washington Attorney, the ?Naughty Nine (Justices)? stealthily avoid many other meaningful matters,while at the same time, they jump in with both combat boots when ?Freedom of Speech? is at issue!?

Hell, I suppose that some day soon, the ?Raucous Tom Ridge Gang? (Fatherland Security) will severely enforce the ?Say No Evil? domestic-mega-agenda of the coming ?New World Order!?? After all, the ?Almighty Nine?, when not asleep at the switch, have championed such earth-shaking decisions as - ?THE HUSTLER MAGAZINE CASE, PLAYBOY TV, and even the RIGHTS OF A SUPREMACIST GROUP?, while at the very same time, they immediately tossed out a law that would have punished those who viciously burn one of the holiest of holies - ?THE AMERICAN FLAG!?

Now that?s another splendid example of ?THE LAW EAST OF THE POTOMAC? - ?JUDGES ROY BEAN BUSH and WILLIAM REHNQUIST de SADE residing!!?

Though, and regarding your: "nine against one, A real Gang-bang" heading, which alludes to; "The one" as The First Amendment,...I would have chosen differently.

After all, and as one of The Screwees and/or vast majority being perpetually discounted or screwed-over by: "The nine", I would have preferred "The one" of the: "...A real Gang-bang" being alluded to as being: "We The (Schnooks)", "We The (perpetual screwees)", and/or The American Citizenry.

It just seems more realistic, honest, logical and less debatable to me, Old Buddy. Sorry.

Besides, and regarding Free Speech, someone about a couple of hundred years ago once stated an absolute truth about same.
Such were words to the effect that only people with printing presses were truly privy to Free Speech. Well, any meaningful Free Speech anyway.

Regardless, and give or take some radio or TV, that "Truth" has never changed.
