Oh My God!
How the hell did that happen????? 61% (Dixie). A definitive Southern score! Grew up in Nor'Cal and moved to WA then to DE...Aha! That's where it happened right on the edge of the Mason Dixon line! I suppose I need to spend more than 8 years in NY before I'm cured! DL

I, ladies and gents am not a Yankee. However it appears I'm 38%- Northeastern. Yankee is not a good word, not in our home.

Dixie?
55 - Dixie???
I was born in Mass. and have lived in Calif. for over 40 years. The furthest south I've been was Washington DC for 14 months when I was in the Army. Go figure.

I'm a from the South.
Must be some mistake:
75% of my answers said: "Used most commonly in the North someplace." Then they compute me as 63% Southern. Well I am a Hill Billy or a rube in New England. Keith |

52% DIXIE?
What's up with that? I was born and raised in SF! Well, we did move 20mi. south of The City [San Carlos] when I graduated from high school . Then there was that 8wks. at Ft. Gordon, GA, and the 3wks. at Ft. Benning, GA. Also, 7mos. at Ft. Bragg, NC. While visiting Packo last NOV in SC he deemed me an Honorary Southerner, and I have the SC Palmetto decal on my car to prove it . I think the BIG factor that pushed me over the 50% mark though, was the 23mos. that I spent in SOUTH Vietnam .

84% southern and even that is not enough. We pronounce aunt as ain't. Kinda ironic that we are known in the South as homegrown Yankees.
