U.S., Russia Defense Chiefs Talk Military Cooperation

WASHINGTON - U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates on Sept. 15 hosted his Russian counterpart Anatoly Serdyukov in a sign of expanding military cooperation and improving relations between the former Cold War foes.
